Seowoon garden had been started to prepare the landscaping since 1969, and then it was opened in 1987, as the first Korean tourist farm. We are located nearby Gwangneung forest which is for about 45 years. And it is about 40 acre.

Our garden is harmonized with beautiful landscape architecture and forests.
Seowoon garden has a beautiful promenade. The promenade is a landscape area. Along the long promenade, we have varieties of facilities; accommodation, garden restaurant, out-door concert area, children’s water garden, children’s fishing experience area, play garden, large lawn, children’s zoo, and etc. That is located in our garden, which makes our garden very particular. It is a perfect place, where you can feel the well harmonization of the nature, the animals, and insects.

Recently, Our garden has been selected as the “Top 101, travel places to take pictures”. So that, nowadays, We are appeared in many magazines, music videos, pictorials, dramas, and etc. Also, lots of companies and organizations come to our garden to enjoy outdoor activities, using well prepared sports facilities with a large size of grass yard. (Soccer, Volleyball, and Basketball)
In addition, we have a well-maintained garden where children can experience a variety of experiences, as well as children can enjoy amenities and recreational facilities. Finally, in our garden, we have a good accommodation remodeled recently, which has diversity of amenities; Self-BBQ, camp-fire, Hiking trails, Promenades and etc. You can enjoy relaxation and leisure.

Our garden is beautiful during all four seasons. During four seasons, we have different landscaping views. You can enjoy the characteristics of each seasons. Also, every year, we prepare different events and festivals to attract our visitors. It is good enough place to enjoy the leisure activities with family, companies, etc.
